This Privacy Policy explains how PrepSprint collects, uses, and protects information when you use our Casper-style practice questions, AI feedback, account features, and credit or payment flows.

Information we collect

We collect only the information reasonably needed to operate the service. This may include your practice answers, selected scenarios, generated feedback, anonymous session identifiers, account information from Google sign-in such as your email address, credit usage records, purchase status, device and usage analytics, and technical logs needed for security and reliability.

Do not submit sensitive personal information, health information, government identifiers, financial account details, or information about other people in your practice answers. PrepSprint is designed for educational practice, not for storing sensitive records.

How we use information

We use information to provide AI feedback, save and display practice results, manage anonymous and signed-in free reviews, grant and deduct review credits, process purchases, prevent abuse, troubleshoot errors, improve product quality, measure aggregate usage, and comply with legal or security obligations.

AI, analytics, authentication, and payments

PrepSprint may send practice content to AI service providers so they can generate educational feedback. We may also use authentication providers, analytics tools, hosting providers, database providers, and payment processors to run the service. These providers process information only as needed to perform their services for PrepSprint.

Payment card details are handled by payment processors and are not meant to be stored directly by PrepSprint. We may store purchase identifiers, customer email, product details, and credit-grant records to reconcile payments and provide purchased review credits.

Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies or similar identifiers to remember anonymous free-review usage, keep users signed in, protect the service, and understand how the product is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings, but disabling them may prevent account, free-review, or checkout features from working correctly.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell personal information. We share information with service providers that help operate PrepSprint, when required by law, to protect rights and security, or as part of a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition. We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain records, resolve disputes, enforce terms, and meet legal or accounting requirements.

Your choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal information. You can stop using PrepSprint at any time, sign out of your account, clear browser cookies, or request help at support@prepsprint.app.

Security, children, and international use

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, but no online service can guarantee perfect security. PrepSprint is not directed to children under 13, and users should only use the service if they can lawfully do so in their location. Information may be processed in countries other than your own.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the product, providers, or legal requirements change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date.
