These Terms of Service govern your use of PrepSprint. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use PrepSprint.

Service purpose

PrepSprint provides educational Casper-style practice scenarios, timed-answer workflows, and AI-generated feedback for self-study. The service does not provide official test scoring, admissions advice, professional counseling, legal advice, or guaranteed outcomes.

Eligibility and accounts

You may use PrepSprint only if you can lawfully enter into these terms and use the service in your location. If you sign in through Google or another authentication provider, you are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under your account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse PrepSprint, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or reverse engineer the service, overload the systems, bypass credit limits or payment flows, submit unlawful or harmful content, or use the service to violate the rights of others.

User content and AI feedback

You are responsible for the practice answers and other content you submit. You grant PrepSprint permission to process that content as needed to provide feedback, operate the product, prevent abuse, improve reliability, and comply with these terms and our Privacy Policy.

AI feedback may be incomplete, inaccurate, or inconsistent. You should review it critically and use your own judgment. PrepSprint does not promise that any response, sample answer, level, or suggestion will improve an official Casper result or admissions outcome.

Credits, purchases, and refunds

PrepSprint may offer free reviews, sign-in bonuses, paid review credits, or other packages. Credits are intended for individual practice use, may be subject to limits or expiration terms shown at purchase, and have no cash value unless required by law. Purchases are processed by third-party payment providers.

Unless a different refund policy is shown at checkout or required by law, payments for consumed digital review credits are generally non-refundable. If a payment succeeds but credits are not applied, email support@prepsprint.app so PrepSprint can verify the transaction and grant the missing credits or provide another reasonable remedy.

Intellectual property

PrepSprint, its original practice scenarios, site design, software, and related materials are owned by PrepSprint or its licensors. You may use them for personal preparation only. You may not copy, resell, republish, or create competing datasets from PrepSprint content without permission.

Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of PrepSprint at any time. We may update practice materials, pricing, credit rules, account features, AI providers, or these terms as the product evolves.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

PrepSprint is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent allowed by law, PrepSprint disclaims warranties of accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, and uninterrupted availability.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, PrepSprint will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from your use of the service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk for the service or other users, or use PrepSprint in a way that may be unlawful or abusive. You may stop using the service at any time.
